How it is made
From kazan to can
Every region of Uzbekistan has its own pilaf recipe, but Tashkent makes one of the most delicious. We have put it in a can.

- 01

Selected ingredients
Selected Uzbek rice and beef, yellow carrots, white onions, chickpeas, red raisins and spices from the classic recipe.
- 02

250-litre cast-iron kazan
Experienced masters cook the pilaf in 250-litre cast-iron kazans, which gives it a rich, deep and distinctive flavour.
- 03

Three cooking stages
The pilaf goes through three stages — frying, simmering and steaming. Just as at home, only in a 250-litre kazan.
- 04

Pasteurisation
Modern sterilisation keeps the pilaf in a sealed can for up to 2 years without preservatives.
Product advantages
What sets our pilaf apart
The market is full of canned “Uzbek pilaf” and “Oriental pilaf”. Ours outperforms them on four counts.

- 01
Taste
Its sensory properties match the same dish cooked from fresh ingredients.
- 02
Natural ingredients
No preservatives or flavour substitutes. A 100% natural product.
- 03
Appearance
In similar products, automation turns the dish into mush. We still cook by hand.
- 04
Shelf life
Thanks to modern pasteurisation — up to 2 years in an unopened can, without preservatives.
